University Over = More AIESEC work…

Yes, one of the greatest moments in the year (Vacations from University) have arrived, but with it has arrived also more AIESEC work…. What a bad thing!!!… jejeje, yeah right….

I think I did it ok in this semester… don’t know yet if my academic average improve or not, but hey!… I really don’t care about grades as far as I’m happy with what I did

This Weekend, Local Training Meeting is happening at my LC. This event is to prepare our members for National Training Meeting :D… We are going to talk about Global, National and Local AIESEC Strategy, AIESEC Identity, LNs, PBOXes and many other Topics that will be covered at NATS 2006 for sure… the final aim is: To be the BEST delegation at NATS!!!!!

I have to congratulate New Members… you are so awesome, just what we were looking for.. definitely you over passed all our expectative.

And of course, a big applause and a big hug to my new X Team Members: Emma Rincón, Maria Elisa, Juan Barbosa and Karina Hernández… you know guys that we ROCK!

LC Cartagena never was, as far as I know, on 3^rd national position for Exchange Performance, and you know that this is one of the big goals we have stated for this year.

We have also to improve in our Exchange Services, specifically on Trainees integration with the LC. And in Measurement & Statistics Eduardo has so many good ideas that will set a different perspective of the area.

Wealso have to start to prepare ourselves to what we want to do in the next 12 months as individuals, as @cers.. there are many things we have to learn, and also many things to do… and please take into account that sometimes we have to improve our surrounding to improve our future performance, but we have to improve ourselves first, and then make them improve.
